This format allows you to holds yourself accountable to show up for healing consistently. It’s easy to fall off when things start to get a bit challenging - but that’s where breakthroughs happen! You also can book your appointments in advance! You don’t have to compete for time on my calendar. You can reschedule and move those appointments around anytime at your convenience.

This private coaching course is meant for those looking to heal through the eastern healing practices of meditation, breath work, energy healing, nervous system regulation, and trauma healing through a spiritual lens.

There is a 5 minutes grace period for 30-min appointments and 10 minutes 60-min appointments. Being later than these 5-10 minutes impacts the session and prevents you from getting the most out of it. You may reschedule anytime!
